the location was really great. There was not really a sitting area in this unit which was fine for our purposes but a bit unique.

Location is great! Right in the heart of downtown Portsmouth. Fully equipped kitchen was wonderful. Check in and check out were a breeze. Stairs to the bedrooms are a bit steep, but otherwise we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property!
