This apartment was well located to tour the White Mountains area. It was clean and generally well stocked. The view was wonderful. The listing mentioned a washer and dryer, but did not note that it was in the basement, in a inconvenient location, and shared with other tenants. Individuals with mobility issues might find the stairs up the front and three more flights of stairs difficult.

My family of 3 adults had a wonderful time in Portsmouth. The apartment location was very convenient with a 15 to 20 minute walk or 5 minute drive to downtown. There were many lovely shops and restaurants. We also enjoyed a short drive to the Kittery, Maine outlet stores. For other travelers, take the tall, narrow staircase to the second floor apartment seriously.

The property was well maintained and conveniently located. Nice air conditioning, nice shower, nice kitchen. Host replied quickly. There are some very steep stairs to enter the property so beware if you have any mobility issues. Other than that it was a perfect place to stay in New Hampshire.

The apartment was well stocked. It was well located to Portsmouth. Great booklet giving information needed. Would definitely rent there again.
