10/10 for vibes, location, amenities and view! Will stay again,at they one of their larger properties when we come back next summer. Beautiful apartment. We stays 1- night but it was the highlight of our trip!

The apartment is right in the middle of the shopping in downtown Portsmouth, but also looks out over the Piscataqua river and the tugboats. Though it’s in an 18th century building, it has been updated and is very comfortable. The cooking facilities are adequate, although I don’t think I’d prepare a Thanksgiving dinner there be aware that there are stairs to go up and they are somewhat steep, but I was stay here again without hesitation.

Very cozy and clean apartment with great views of the bay! The location was excellent! A short walk to shops and restaurants. We will definitely look to rent it again on our next visit to Portsmouth!
