AMAZING place! So so clean! Even better than the pictures depict! All the kitchen amenities were so clean as well! Location is perfection! Walked all over this adorable town! We stayed with our teenage daughters and it was so nice to have space!

Perch

Perfect location in Portsmouth for shopping, dining, walks. EZ parking close by. Modern and well appointed for furniture and appliances. The AC mini-splits run a lot but air temp and humidity were good. Faint smell of cigarette smoke and there seemed to be dog hair on the living room rug, but otherwise clean.
